From reservation to arrival
Reception can register appointments and follow their status, including confirmation and patient arrival. Rescheduling and cancellation are handled within the appointment workflow, keeping the team informed.
Booking beyond the front desk
The practice has a public booking form that can also be embedded on its own website. Appointments through PetOS belong to the same ecosystem. Publication, availability and confirmation settings affect the bookings offered.

Continue into consultation
The veterinarian opens the consultation with the patient and appointment already linked.
Can I view appointments across multiple locations?
Yes. The calendar supports filters for locations and veterinarians, within the access granted to the team member.
Does the owner need a PetOS account to book an appointment?
Reception can also manage patients who are not connected to PetOS. Sharing features for the owner require linking the patient to a PetOS account.
Are all online appointments automatically confirmed?
Confirmation depends on the practice configuration, including its instant booking preference. Publication, services and availability should be configured before using the public form.
