Book a demoThe practice configures its billing details and authorises the ANAF connection with a qualified digital certificate registered in SPV with the necessary permissions. The application prepares the XML document and follows submission statuses and available responses.
Practice tax information is configured in billing settings. ANAF authorisation uses a qualified digital certificate with SPV permissions for the represented entity. The application client ID does not replace the certificate permissions for the practice.
Invoice information is used to prepare the electronic document. Complete seller, customer and item details matter for submission. When required information is missing, the team must correct it before continuing.
Submission and ANAF processing have their own statuses. The team follows responses and addresses reported errors. Successful authorisation does not guarantee that each document will be accepted, and an invoice issued in PetOS is not automatically equivalent to a document accepted by ANAF.
